GAIL- HYRO is Fully Hydrogenated Rapeseed/Mustard Oil produced by refining and hydrogenating oil obtained from Indian origin Rapeseed/Mustard seeds. This product is a mixture of triglycerides in which the fatty acid composition is a mixture of saturated fatty acids.

GAIL-HYRO, is a bio degradable palm free alternative to typical structuring agents and semi solid emollients. It reduces sweating and drag while providing an easy pay-off and silky feel in formulation in Lipstick manufacturing It can also be used in skin care, hair care, sun care, and colour cosmetics.

GAIL-HYRO works as an emollient, thickening agent, and occlusive for skin application. As a plant oil, its antioxidants plus polyunsaturated fatty acids such as the highly stable omgega-9 erucic acid help ensure skin looks and feels healthy and younger by preventing water loss, repairing skin’s surface, and bolstering skin’s supply of antioxidants.

GAIL- HYSUN is Fully Hydrogenated Sunflower Oil produced by refining and hydrogenating Sunflower Oil. Sunflower SEED contain Glycerides which is a mixture of mono-, di- and triglycerides. Vegetable oils contain only vitamins E and K. Sunflower oil is almost three times richer in vitamin E, whereas vegetable oil is almost four times richer in vitamin K.

GAIL-HYSUN is used in variety of product types, including bath products, makeup, cleansing products, depilatories, hair conditioners, shampoos, other hair care products, skin care products, and sun-tan products. This is used in cosmetics and personal care products as formulation for Skin conditioning and for Viscosity controlling.

GAIL-HYCAS hydrogenated castor oil is produced by hydrogenation of Castor Oil, also called as Castor wax, is a hard, brittle, high melting , odourless solid flakes. Chemically it is the triglyceride, which mainly consists of 12-Hydroxy Stearic Acid.

GAIL-HYCAS is a non-toxic, non-hazardous material. It is used in pharmaceutical applications, manufacture of greases and lubricants, and range of cosmetics & toiletries.

GAIL-HYSOY is a fully hydrogenated soybean oil obtained by refining and hydrogenation of soybean oil It is mainly composed of palmitic and stearic acid triglycerides. The hydrogenation process increases the stability of oil and raises its melting point so that it becomes solid at room temperature.

Hydrogenated soybean oil can be used for frying and baking. It can be used in the production of margarine, and salad and cooking oils. It can be used in processed foods as well.

GAIL-HYPALM is Hydrogenated Palm Oil e product obtained refining and hydrogenating the Palm oil It can be used either alone or in blends with other oils to produce cocoa butter substitutes and other confectionery fats, biscuit doughs and filling creams, cake icings, ice cream, imitation whipping cream, sharp-melting creaming and table margarines and many other food products.

GAIL-HYSTER, Hydro Palm Stearine is the solid fraction of Palm stearin and an excellent fat with good stability for the bakery industry. Its provides the essential solid fat content and stable beta prime crystalline when used in margarine and shortening production.

GAIL-HYSTER is used in industrial application such as Candle making, soap making, crayons, PVC stabilisers and is considered as an environment friendly raw material. For candle making this is used for mixing with paraffine wax or as an alternative raw material for cost reduction.
