Headquartered at Ahmedabad, Gujarat with regional office at Kolkata, Gokul Refoils and Solvent Limited is engaged in the business of refining of edible oils at Haldia, West Bengal. In 2009, Gokul Refoils and Solvent Limited setup a 1,100 TPD refinery and a 2.4 MW co-generation plant at Haldia, West Bengal; one of the most preferred locations by edible oil companies. import of crude oil to Haldia is cost effective as Haldia port is closer to Indonesia and Malaysia. The plant is setup at a distance of 2 kms from the port and the imported oil is transported through oil pipe line. The company currently processes and markets various types of oil including Palmolein, Soybean and Mustard.
